We created this section of the site to support our swimmers during the pandemic and lockdown. We’re obviously delighted that things are more or less back to normal now, but we’ll leave these pages up and running. They contain many resources that could continue to be useful to you.
During times when can’t be together in the pool, it is important to us that our swimmers stay physically and mentally well and connected with each other.

As we provide new home training opportunities and challenges for our members, and share information about other resources available, we advise all our members (including parents of under 18s) to familiarise themselves with the following guidance.

Updates – March 2021
Although many of our members are heading back to school, or maybe heading back out to their places of work, we won’t be in the pool for at least another month. For now, stay safe, stay connected and keep exercising in the hope that we will be back soon!
