Challenge 3 aimed to keep us active but also reconnect within our squads, and more than 50 members and their families joined together.
Here’s a montage of the videos you shared.
Coach Barry and Martin Tang (Shadow Boxing extraordinaire and parent of one of our Minimes), devised the challenge. It’s simple … make running or cycling part of your exercise routine (it’s already on Barry’s squad exercises for this week) and whilst you are doing it, (safely!) video yourself nominating someone else in your squad to do the same.

We can’t be together in the pool right now, but that does not mean our swimmers cannot stay physically and mentally well and connected with each other. For this to work we need all members of our club to come together, make suggestions and support each other.
